Weddings, Bridal & Baby Showers

We believe  catering is more than just food on a plate; it’s about building a relationship with you, understanding your needs, and delivering a complete experience for your guests.   • How do I get started?

  • How much does catering cost?
    This is 100% dependent on the type of food and drink you are wanting us to serve, how many guests we will be feeding, and location of the event. Email us at shelby@cvlakeside.com today and we will help you sort out the details and get clear on exactly what you want. Then we will write up a first draft menu & proposal and go from there!
  • Is there a limit for how many people you can feed?
    We can cater any amount of people from 20-200 at this time.
  • Can we use the Lakeside to host our event?
    Yes! The Lakeside can be reserved anytime from 1pm - 8pm, Monday-Saturday, and 8am to 8pm on Sundays. Our hourly fees are determined by how many people will be at the event. 10-20 people costs $80 per hour. 21-45 people costs $100 per hour.
  • How far will you travel to cater an event?
    As of right now, we are only catering the Christmas Valley Community within a 20 mile radius.
  • Do you provide the set up and tear down?
    At this time, we only provide the set up and tear down of the things we need to serve the food. We bring the food, drinks, eating and drinking utensils and a table to set it on, and we set only this up and tear it down. Unless you are using the Lakeside Event Center to host your event, it will be your responsibility to bring the tables, chairs, table clothes, decor, and anything else you want for your guests.
  • Do you offer just delivery or drop off?
    Yes we do! We can make the food and drop it off for you to serve your guests yourself. This is a cheaper option for sure, although there are still fuel and labor costs to consider.
  • Can you accommodate wine, liquor, or beer in your catering?
    We are not licensed to sell or serve alcohol, so unfortunately no. But we can do many other drinks that are non-alcoholic.
  • Can I make up my own menu or make changes to the menu you give me?
    Absolutely! We are willing to work with you to come to an agreement that works for both you and us.
  • How far in advance do I need to schedule my catering event with Lakeside?
    We ask for at least a 2 week notice so that we have time to plan, and execute the plan, in the best way possible.
  • When is payment due?
    Payment is due at least 1 week prior to the event.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancelling within 72 hours is non-refundable. Cancelling within 1 week of the event will result in a fee of 50% of the entire cost of your catering event. Cancelling with more than one week notice will result in a $75 fee if any planning has already taken place and $0 fee if no planning has taken place.
